The primary focus of the role of the Landscape Architect, is in the following key areas: Assistance and production in the deliver of landscape design including, concept development, detailed design and documentation identified and agreed with the Office Project Manager. This responsibility will be inclusive, but not limited to the following project elements: assist with coordination of major projects in the design office; assist with checking all above with management/design supervisor; assist liaising with project teams and client representatives as required; provision of information, advice and council to the Office Project Manager; all matters relating to relevant current company projects including job variations as well as other contractual and project related issues; responsibility for coordinating with the Office Project Manager in the suggestion of activities to be conducted with all company staff in the interests of team building and the creation of a strong and dynamic office culture.
