The primary focus of the role of the Senior Landscape Architect, is in the following key areas: responsibility for the project management of landscape design including, concept development, detailed design and documentation identified and agreed with the Office Project Manager. This responsibility will be inclusive, but not limited to the following project elements: coordinate design and documentation of selected projects; assist with coordination of major projects in the design office; assist with checking all above with management/design supervisor; liaising with project teams and client representatives as required; provision of information, advice and council to the Office Project Manager; responsibility for coordinating with the Office Project Manager in the suggestion of activities to be conducted with all company staff in the interests of team building and the creation of a strong and dynamic office culture.
