Opis: Currently we are searching for our client candidates for Chef de Gang position. From candidate we expect: - minimum 2 years experience as a waiter of a 2 rosettes standard - Good to excellent communicator in the English language. Ideal Candidate must be flexible in their approach working with a team of four. Waiter and bar work will be combined in the restaurant. Normal covers are 40 per sitting 3 sittings per day Breakfast Lunch and Dinner. Candidate must have a good personality also must be able to follow instructions and also to take the lead. A team player with a commitment to customer services and satisfaction. (Work on a bank system with they claw back hours and time owed to them) Hotel has 15 weddings booked for 2008 during the months of March to September busy days are Friday to Sunday. Very Busy Christmas and New Year. Position is available immediately. If living in this country looking to set up interviews, if in Poland will conduct interview over the telephone. We offer: -Salary £12,500 per year (basic £10898 plus commission on turnover £1511). -Holidays 28 days per year -Hours 40 per week -Accommodation supplied
